Versa not tracking sleep

My versa doesn’t always track my sleep. For the first year or so I never had this problem, my versa would track my sleep every single night. Now I’m lucky if it’s half of the time. I don’t put it in sleep mode, but i never had to in the past. Anyone else having this issue?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @allie237.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa is not always tracking your sleep. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I appreciate the additional details and recommend doing the following:

  1. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Try sleeping with the watch on your non-dominant hand if you haven't been doing it already.
  3. Confirm that the watch is snug on your wrist.
  4. Be sure to keep your app up-to-date. In order to update your app you can follow the steps provided here.

It is possible to manually log sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in this help article:How do I edit, or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app?

You can find more information about tracking sleep here

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
