My Versa has stopped tracking anything.
I've 1. restarted many times and 2. factory reset three times.
What do I do next? So frustrating because I feel like I'm losing motivation...I want my Versa to work!

Are you talking about on the Versa itself, or on your phone app?
Is it really showing zeros for steps, calories, and all other stats? Or not showing anything at all?
When you say not "tracking", it's not clear if you mean not showing anything or giving numbers that are not correct.

@amberaglynn Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped tracking your stats. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Since your stats are still not being tracked, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.

When I factory reset, the screen changes to the default and still did not work. Thanks for the suggestion.
The versa itself is not tracking. App seems to be working fine.
