My girlfriend and I recently got Fitbits - I got the Ionic and she got the Versa.
Since we got them our step counts have been vastly different. As we've each been doing different things in our days (very different jobs etc) we put it down to that.
Yesterday, however, we spent the whole day together and did the same amount of walking. My step count was 10,300 and hers is 3,700.
We also did exactly the same today and my count is 5,600 and hers 1,400.
Any suggestions on what could be wrong or is it a case of getting it exchanged under warranty as a faulty unit?
