Hi! So I’ gave my versa a break and recently took it out of the box again and it does not work. It turns on when I charge it but once I take it out of the charger it dies and does not go back on. I tried rebooting it as mentioned in this chat but no luck. I’m so disappointed as I bought a new band and was ready to start using it again. Any other ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Also, for how long you didn't use the device? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
