My versa is almost 1 year old, it suddenly stopped working its not even getting charged or anything not responding in anyway.

@MayaMasri welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
