Versa not turning on

Last synced at 12:47 a.m. EST. I had fully charged it and took it off the charger at that time, put it back on - all good, I wake up this morning and it displays nothing.  I tried the left button/bottom right button to reset and all it gave me was a grey square, did not display logo.  Now if I try that it does nothing at all - just a black screen.  Will not sync, does not register on the app any steps or any of the other things that it is supposed to track.  What needs to be done to fix this? Very annoying that all the sudden it dies, for no reason - especially as I only got it at Christmas so it is not even 6 months old.  Please advise.  Thank you.

@SoFla welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning its display on even though you've restarted it before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
