Versa not turning on

I charged my Versa overnight per the usual however it was very warm in the morning and would not turn on. I took it off the charger to cool down. This was 2 days ago. I have since attempted both to charge it again and to do a reset on it. Nothing. Any advice?

@Cwojtysiak welcome to our Fitbit Community! Since you mentioned that your Versa got warm when you put it on the charger, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
