I was having problems with my Versa calculating inflated active minutes, heart rate and calories burned for a couple days. Yesterday morning I restarted my Versa a couple times (after a quick search in the forums to see if anyone else had this trouble) to see if that would help fix the problem. It did not help. I then put it on the charger as the battery was low. When I checked it this morning it won’t turn on at all. I tried pressing the left button and the right bottom button at the same time but still nothing. I’ve had my Versa since December so it hasn’t been very long. Thank you for any help!

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
