Versa not turning on

My Versa was at medium charge this afternoon when all of a sudden it stopped responding. I couldn’t get the watch face to turn on. I tried holding the left buttons and then holding all 3 buttons. Nothing worked. I went home to charge it. The screen flashed 0%. I let it charge for half an hour and checked on it again. The  eras was very hot to the touch. It appeared to not have charge. It did not turn on. I tried holding the left side buttons and then all three buttons. I did both those things after reading other issues on the forum. I held the buttons for close to a minute each. Nothing worked. The Versa is not responsive. Please help.

Thank you for all the details that you've provided about the Versa that is not responding and confirming the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. 

 

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them. You should be getting a reply soon.
