Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying the troubleshooting steps from our help article for battery not charging issues. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Versa 2 are still flashing? Is your device vibrating when you put it to charge? This way I'll be able to identify if your device is experiencing an issue with the display or the battery itself. In the meantime I receive your answers, please try our restart process.

No, I dont see any flashing on the back of the versa, nor do I feel any vibrations when charging it. I also tried the restart process you linked but do not see any logo

I totally understand as my Versa is doing the same thing. I tried to change the clock face on mine earlier today and it got stuck some where in the transition and kept giving me an error message, so I decided to shut down the watch and now it will not restart. I contacted customer service and all they could tell me was to buy a new watch since mine is no longer in warranty. Probably will end up going with a different smartwatch at this point since customer service never really seems to help, especially since this is not the first time it has happened.

I do understand and I wished I could help you but I am in the same situation as you are , I also have tried everything and nothing works, I hope your Fitbit is still under warranty as mine is not...😥
