Versa not turning on

Hello, so my Fitbit versa special edition has just decided to permanently die. I have reached out to Fitbit multiple times and have gotten no response so I'm posting on here. The battery was getting low and it was night time so I put it on the charger per my usual routine. In the morning, I get ready, put on my Fitbit (again, per my usual routine) and immediately had to take it off my wrist because it was so hot. It actually burned me. I click it and notice it's not turning on. 

It's been a week now. I have two different Fitbit versa chargers, I have tried both. I have tried different outlets. I have tried holding the Fitbit down on the charger incase it was the metal not getting close enough to charge it. I have tried every single reset in the book. Everything I have seen on here I have tried. 

Am I just out of luck? Out a $229 watch because it just decided to die? It was not user error. I would admit if it was. But I am pretty angry that I've had this watch not even 1.5 years and it's already dead. I don't know what to do!

It doesn't flash. Nothing works. And like I said in my post, I have tried
every reset you offer. Nothing is working. It was working totally fine then
i charged it, and it permanently died.

Hi! My Fitbit Versa is having the same exact issue. Bought it 14 months ago. I’ve tried all troubleshooting options. Would live some help as to what to do next!

I had mine for just less than a year. It updated while I had it on the charger, it charged overnight & I went to put it on & it was completely unresponsive. I tried to reset it & it had a glow around the screen but then that turned off & now nothing at all.

My issue still hasnt been resolved so I'm just assuming there's nothing I can do. They stopped replying to my messages. Kinda sucks
