Versa not updating

I recently factory reset my device . But after setup the versa is not updating to the latest version. When i checked for the update it respond that the device is up to date.

Before the reset to it recurved an update only twice.

It is not worth 18000 rs if it is ccreating so many problems and mental agony 

The version it is at is 32.33.1.30

Regarding the firmware update issue that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Please reply to their last email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
