Versa not uploading bitmoji clock face

My watch wouldn't connect to the app. I reinstalled the device and it connected. I'm able to select the bitmoji clock face but it gets stuck at 2%. I refresh the clock face on the watch then it restarts the uploading to the watch but it still gets stuck at 2%. It won't ever go higher. What do I do?

 

I've let it sit overnight and still gets stuck at 2%. It seems like this started right after the update I did to my watch. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I removed the tracker and reinstalled it again and that had resolved the issue.
