Versa not usable

I have had my versa maybe 6 months, Im unable to swipe in any direction as i get the "Unlock with your Phone" message. I cant even restart it by holding the buttons down.

 

All i can use it for is the time atm.

 

HELP PLEASE!!!!

Before doing a factory reset let's first try unlocking with the phone by  following the simple direction in the help doc. 

Open your app. 

Tap on account 

Tap on the Versa

Now tap on lock. 

Put in your phones unlock code

Now set a new pin lock. 

It took me under 30 seconds to unlock the tracker.

Hi @Maltec, have you tried a Factory Reset?  Hold all 3 buttons down for about 10 seconds and it should return to factory settings.  When it does, you will be prompted to set it up as a new device from either a phone or computer.  I personally recommend using a computer, but either one will work.  From there, you should be all set.
