Versa not using Gps distance

Hi all, 

I'm having a problem with my Versa watch. Watch is normally connected to phone Mate 20 Pro. When I start walk excersise i get connected plus vibration signal. After 100 meters of walk distance on my watch is still 0 (hand not moving as I'm pushing strollers). After finishing excersise in my fitbit app i get accurate map of movement with still incorect distance traveled?? What could be the problem? Power saving is off, always connected is on, and fitbit app has all the permissions available on my phone.

@AscomRi Which version of fitbit mobile app are you using? I started observing exactly the same issue after update to 2.92. Perhaps try downgrading the app?

It is fitbit app. 2.93 update from 7th May.

 

I have tested this morning and it is really annoying. Something is not working ok.

@AscomRi I observe similar issue. Map is ok, distance is off. I would suggest downgrade unless you can live with it for now. 😐
