Super frustrated after having no issues for months on my Versa. Now all of a sudden for last few weeks I receive no vibration alert for texts and emails. Calls and test calls are the only thing that go through, no other apps work either. Yes, I am aware of the quick setting and the other vibration setting. App up to date on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Reset Versa, Bluetooth, app, phone. Tried everything. I get alerts to Versa, I just don’t know they are there unless I swipe up.

When i hold down my left button, it only gives me the options for do not disturb, sleep mode, and brightness... i dont have an option for notifcations.... Sleep mode and do not disturb are all off. i have been doing all of the fitbit notification trouble shooting steps all day... finally got texts to come back and appear when i pull them down, but no vibration/notification

When i swipe down it give me the music sign and other sign but no notification sign. I can't get my texts to vibrate??? I have the versa lite.
