Versa not vibrating when receiving Notifications.

When I receive messages the versa does not vibrate to alert me. I switched from a blaze, and still want this feature. The vibration does work on my Fitbit, as it has vibrated with other settings but not notifications. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello @Freyki thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. As you have mentioned your Versa vibrates with other settings except with Notifications, I would like to suggest you first to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.

If this doesn't seem to work, please re-set Notifications in the Fitbit app:

  1. Tell your phone to "forget" your device, removing the connection between the phone and the Fitbit device.
    1. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and find your Fitbit device in the list.
    2. Find an option to forget the device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and set up notifications again.

Give this a try and let us know the outcome!

I have tried to above fix but my Versa still isn't vibrating when text or email messages are received. I have also tried restarting my device and that didn't work either (pushing to two bottom buttons until the FB logo appears).
