So it’s taken me forever to post here, but my Versa hasn’t been working for months now. I put it on to charge one day back in probably January or February, and when it went to take it off it was lifeless. I got it in September 2018, so it wasn’t even six months in when it went out. I have lurked the other forums and tried holding down the buttons for short periods and for minutes-long periods as it was suggested. I saw it solved some people’s problems, but it doesn’t seem to be working with mine. Not sure if there’s a way to send it in to be fixed or if Fitbit will replace it? Kind of at a loss here so anything helps!

@CarlaG14 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't turn on even though you have tried the restart process before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
