Versa not vibrating when receiving notifications

Since the new update for some reason my notifications will pop up on my versa BUT it will not vibrate. I have no clue why it would've just started after the new update that's never happened before. However this is truly annoying. A huge point of having this is so that I can see my messages while I'm at work because I never feel my phone but if I have to stop and turn my screen on and swipe down to see if I've received a message then it's pointless to have for me. I'm really aggravated I've had fitbits for years now I really don't want to switch but this is no real help to me the way it is. So in other words I need help or I need to change 🤦😔

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which phone are you using with your Versa? Is this occurring with text and phone notifications or only with one type? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa and let me know if the issue persists.
