Versa not vibrating with notifications

My versa stopped vibrating when I receive messages / phone calls but comes up when i check for missed notifications. I used a chat when it first happened and everything they suggested didn't work - anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I had mine sync to my Iphone and now it does not show up in the blue tooth.

Do you have your phone setup to Do Not Disturb/Silent Mode?

 

If so, you will receive the notifications but the Fitbit won't alert you. Try checking those settings.

 

Additionally, if you have an Android phone, there's an option to make it so that you receive the notification even if the phone is in Do Not Disturb.

 

It's in the Fitbit App > Account Settings > Versa > Notifications > Always Vibrate (should be ON).
