I've read several posts on this topic and have faced the same issue. This is my 3rd versa in less than a years time frame. The last 2 replaced within a one month period. I asked a month ago why this keeps happening and was told it's not something they have been receiving calls about. I call today for the same issue, completely dead device. I check the forums to find out this is a Fitbit manufacturing issue as there isn't a proper seal on the device. Now I am being offered 50% off for a watch that has failed to last a years time! This is clearly a manufacturing issue! I had to request a supervisor and complain to get a "courtesy replacement". Do better Fitbit. Many of us have been long standing customers and to be treated this way is unacceptable! I purchase a new device about every 3yrs...this may indeed be my final purchase.

My Versa died two days ago and I've had it less than a year. I fought with them over their policy of replacement or 50% off a new one. If their product is faulty they should replace the set. But after reading all the issues everyone is having the company would go under. Completely unacceptable!
