My Versa was on charge, when I took it out if the dock it was being erratic (vibrating) and screen was pixelated, then the screen went black but back light was and is still on but Versa not responding. Tried all the usual reset by holding down correct buttons but to no joy. No vibration when placed in charging dock and no response from any buttons. Very dissatisfied
