So is it pretty common that these watches stop working after 1 1/2 years. My versa doesn't count my steps accurately anymore and even though I have tried different hacks for the charge to last longer it only lasts about a day maybe two if I'm lucky. I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem. Because as much as I liked my older fitbits I am really not happy with this one and thinking about trying a totally different product.

Hi @Jenny0122, regarding not counting your steps anymore: are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, install one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your watch and see if that solves the problem. Regarding the battery: restart you Versa several times ans se if that solves that problem, otherwise contact Customer Support with this complaint. Regards kuzibri
