Versa not working

Got my Versa for Christmas, and a week ago the screen stared to go out. Had lines running down it, but still working. Read some posts and tried to turn it off and on, but now it’s just a lighted dark screen. I’m very disappointed at the quality of this. Any suggestions?

Try a restart.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Tried. It is still dark. It still vibrates if I get a message but I can’t see anything!
