HI All,
Bit surprised, after 15 months suddenly my Versa stopped working yesterday. There is no display, not even charging. In fact there was enough battery left. I was trying to change clock face and it stopped. Tried to charge it overnight but no luck. When i switch on the charging the device vibrate for a second and that's it.. seems its dead.
Has anyone face issue like this before .. is there any first aid which i can apply before reaching Fitbit customer care?

Best AnswerI've had this problem as well. It started after I updated the software. Restart your fitbit and then put it on the cradle to charge. That seems to work for me. I have had my Fitibit for about a year. I hope this isn't a ploy to get users to go out and buy the Versa2.
