HI All,
Bit surprised, after 15 months suddenly my Versa stopped working yesterday. There is no display, not even charging. In fact there was enough battery left. I was trying to change clock face and it stopped. Tried to charge it overnight but no luck. When i switch on the charging the device vibrate for a second and that's it.. seems its dead.
Has anyone face issue like this before .. is there any first aid which i can apply before reaching Fitbit customer care?

Mines about a similar age. Battery went flat and now won't charge at all in the cradle!!

Didn't expect this from an international brand.. is it repairable?
Don't think its use and through material..
Any advice from FITBIT Moderator?

I've had this problem as well. It started after I updated the software. Restart your fitbit and then put it on the cradle to charge. That seems to work for me. I have had my Fitibit for about a year. I hope this isn't a ploy to get users to go out and buy the Versa2.
