I received my fitbit Versa for mother's day last year and it is inoperative. It won't connect to the wifi, does not track heart rate or active minutes. I have tried all of the recommended fixes on this site and youtube.
Is it possible that it is broken? Just missed the warranty period by one month!! ugh
