Not able to receive emails on my phone, and it looks like all clocks faces are not free it was stated that Fitbit have clock faces that are free.... But where?

Hi @Anne5960, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not receiving emails notifications and the clock faces inquiry.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article, in order to fix the notifications issue.
Regarding the clock faces, please make sure that you are following the steps included in this help page when trying to change the clock face. There are some clock faces that were developed by other users that may charge for a clock face but all the clock faces that are developed by Fitbit are free.
