I am not receiving any notifications from the versa. I just bought it. If i cant get anything i will be taking it back. Can someone help????

it's never going to work correctly. I have tried everything and fitbit support says they are working on it, but don't have a date for when it will work again. return it while you have the chance! mine is outside the return period so I am screwed, don't end up like me!
