Hi, since the Covid-19, because of the lock-down I stopped moving out and so not wearing the watch. Last night I tried charging my watch after (3 long months). The problem now is it doesn't start up (maybe Booting issue) only the Fitbit logo appears for some seconds and then again the screen goes black. I somehow got to know that pressing all the 3 buttons (one left and both right) for about 10 secs and then let go the bottom-right button the watch Hard Resets, I tried that too.. still the same happens (Logo appears and then screen goes black).
What could be the reason? I would be more than thankful to have this device working with your suggestions.. Please help.
