I have read the other posts and done everything suggested. My versa will. It syncs my activity minutes, even though the activity shows in the activity log. I’ve reset my versa, phone and tablet apps. I’ve removed the versa completely and reinstalled it. I deleted the apps on my phone and tablet and reinstalled it. It simply won’t sync properly. Everything synced yesterday and nothing has changed. Help!

Mine won't sync at all. It hasn't for 3 days. Could it be because of a software update?

Mine has not synced on my Galaxy S6 since I updated the app 3 days ago. I am only able to sync it through my iPad. Beyond frustrated 😡

My Versa won't sync properly either. It went black a couple days ago and I reset it. It happened again today, so I charged it and reset it, then tried to sync it. Now it is just showing a white fitbit logo and is "stuck" there. 😞 Suggestions welcome!

My Versa hasn't synced since yesterday when I charged it during my morning drive to work. I've restarted my phone (Samsung Note 9) several times, still no luck. Will try a hard reset on the Versa to see if that helps.
UPDATE: I unpaired the Versa from my phone then did a "soft" reset...a "hard" reset deletes all your data and restores the device to factory settings, a "soft" reset means I turned it off, let it sit a minute or two, then turned it back on. (Go to Settings, About, then choose Shutdown.)
After the reset I was able to re-pair it to my phone and execute a successful sync. The "unpairing" was probably overkill, but it worked so I'm happy.

I am having pretty much the same issues. I did every suggestion. And I uninstalled everything and reinstalled. My Versa syncs, but I do not get any notifications. It is like a switch inside the app doesn't want to work. In the app I click on the versa, then go to notifications, then as it goes to the next screen, the switches slide to on. But I try to do a test call, nothing happens. I haven't received notifications since Saturday. This versa is now a glorified watch, with a pedometer. Nothing more. My kids are upset, because it was a Mother's Day gift.

I have been having issues since I went on vacation over the 4th. I didn’t have WiFi and ever since then my Versa won’t sync properly to my phone. I’ve turned off my phone, Fitbit. Disconnected it and reconnected it to my phone. Still no luck. And the time is usually off my two hours by the end of the day. It’s so frustrating!!
