Versa quick view not working

Really disappointed with the latest Fitbit update! It seems the awesome feature ‘always on display’ that I have been enjoying on my Versa for the past 2 years has now only been made available for Versa 2. As a busy mum of 2, being able to twist my wrist slightly to see the time was perfect as opposed to pressing a button or finding my phone which has been incredibly annoying the past couple of days. Please may you add it back to Versa!!

@Bevkim Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!

Let me help you with your Versa's quick view feature. Let me clarify that the Always On feature is a new one only available on the Versa 2. This feature will keep the Versa 2's display on all the time showing the clock. What you are describing is the Quick View (aka Screen Wake) feature that is present in different devices including the original Versa and has not been removed from it. This feature will turn on the screen when you rotate your arm. You can enable or disable this feature on the settings app on the Versa. If you feel it isn't working then you can try restarting your device by following these instructions.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for coming back to me on this.  I feel a bit silly now, I think my baby had been playing and turned it off, as I’ve turned it on and I get the feature back!
