Versa random quick vibration issue

My versa will randomly vibrate once quickly no notifications, phone is by me also so Bluetooth should be good restarted multiple times their has to be something causing this! Watch face doesn’t have a setting for notify when out of range of blue tooth this is very annoying.

@Thor76 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Does this happens only during the day? Maybe during certain hours? It could be that you have set the reminders to move. If you haven't walked 250 steps it will vibrate 10 minutes before the hour ends. If this isn't the issue then you can also try restarting your Versa by doing the following:

 

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Has there been a solution identified other than restarting the watch?  Having the same issue and have restarted multiple times without any luck. My watch does one quick vibrate randomly and it causes the screen to light up but it’s black. Sometimes the big fitbit logo appears. It’s not the 250 step reminder. It’s not a silent alarm. It’s not the watch face disconnect setting. This is becoming very frustarting since it’s been happening for a few days. Help!

I have the same problem. Yesterday all of the notifications changed and I don't get multiple vibrations anymore. I have reset the device, turned on and off bluetooth etc etc. I have checked all the notification settings I can find on the phone and in the fitbit software. I have run out of options.Oh, one thing I didn't do was a factory reset. Don't know if that is an option or not.
