Versa randomly stopped counting steps.

My Fitbit randomly stopped counting my steps. What should I do?

Hi @jadynwood.  Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

A good, and easy, first step for any problem is to try a restart.

See How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 Are you not getting any steps counted at all, or not during a certain activity, or just not counting all that you think it should be?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
