Versa randomly vibrating

My Versa randomly vibrates. I know the moderators on this forum say that it happens when it loses the bluetooth connection with my phone. I'm willing to hit the believe button on that one. My question is, is there a way to stop it? It only happens at night and it wakes me up. I don't keep my phone in the bedroom with me, but it's definitely within range.

 

My Versa also wakes me up when it crashes and restarts itself at night, but anything I can do to reduce the nightly vibrations would be awesome!

I already have notifications turned off during sleep. But there is no notification, it just vibrates. And I don't want to turn off always connected because I like the background sync during the day.
