Versa registered 23 floors

Hi @nicky.chadwick7, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it registered inaccurate floors information.

 

Please restart your Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains why your watch may count extra floors. Finally, monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if the issue doesn't happen again.
