I recently got a confirmation that my replacement has been confirmed for my versa lite that wasn’t turning on, but it’s been 10 days and it hasn’t arrived, when I track the order it shows that the order is being processed on the Fitbit website. Where can I get an update? Pls help, thanks.

Please note that your order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days* from the date of shipment not from the date the replacement was process on our end. Note that business days excludes weekends, also keep in mind that some shipping areas may take up to 10 business days.
