Fitbit was bought by Google... you have more money than God...
A brand new versa was shipped with two Large straps... Called customer service and they said "we will ship you the replacement overnight".
However, it looks like its coming by Fedex ground because the delivery is 6 days from when the call was made...!! Plus, it took four calls to get it replaced and I was first told "we sell straps at a local store near you" by their customer rep... Fitbit initial order also took several days, even though the Ad on the website said "overnight shipping".... quite tragic...
I was an exec for the number 1 brand consumer electronics company. What Fitbit lacks is pride in their products and their company. Appears to be a systemic issue pervading the organization....

Hi @Fitskytizen - Fitbit use shipping companies which may be responsible for the delay - generally it is quite effective from the moment of shipment.
