Versa resets by itself

I have had my Fitbit versa for a little while and now it is resetting it's self  almost 10 times a day! Which I am thinking about getting the versa lite because I get annoyed when this happens please fix this.

@Soccermale, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa resets by itself. I totally understand how you feel about this.

I'd like you to try a factory reset in order to fix this issue. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
   1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
   2. Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
