I'm not understanding you @Diddy5050 the versa can only store one click face. To change it it has to be done in the Fitbit phone app.
My thought is that if it changes I would at the app. For problems.

In addition to the great information that shared my friend @Rich_Laue, make sure that you are following the steps that are listed in this help article when changing the clock face. Also, make sure to select a clock face developed by Fitbit, not a third party one.
In case the issue persists, restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
