Versa restarting by itself

I don't know whats happening with my Versa. It's switching off and turning on by itself. If I accidentally shake my hand, it just turns off by itself. Sometimes when it turns on, it just fails to work. The screen doesn't move, but the quick settings and notifications (using the button) works.Please find a solution to this.

@ChristianJV007, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it resets but itself all of a sudden.

 

Please restart your Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
