Versa restarts alone AND touch screen stopped working

Out if the blue my Versa started to malfunction.

 

The touch screen will ONLY work for a couple of seconds right after being charged to 100%. 

After maybe 5 seconds it will not scroll, nor swipe, nor anything.

 

Side buttons work sometimes.

 

On top of that it begins to restart continuously, by itself, when I am just wearing it... Not doing any exercise or anything.

 

At this point it does not even sync because my phone can't keep it's single long enough before it restarts.

 

1. I already reset it.

2. I already did a factory reset it.

3. I already deleted and downloaded the app again.

Hi @JorgeRuiz That sounds pretty grim. I think Customer Support is your only option.
