I purchased Versa Watch a feww months back. Recently I started using it and its right bottom button came out on its own without my watch falling sonewhere or any other physical damage. The product is good. The watch is working fine but this is not a good thing which happened to me. I want to mention that my family has using Fitbit 2atches from quite a while and seeing the same I also purchased the watch. I want a replacement of the product as it is under warranty and is good shape as a new watch. Please check with the issue and help me accordingly
