For two days my active minutes have disappeared on my Versa when I sync. I have reset and updated my app. Still nothing. They have shown during an activity but the moment I sync they are gone. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @HeyKittyRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the lost active minutes issue that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
