Versa unresponsive screen issue

I noticed my watchface displaying only the logo today while I was at work, and then it would sometimes show the time, then go back to the logo. When I got home it was not displaying anything or responding to buttons, so I put it in rice as I had washed quite a few dishes at work and maybe it got wet somewhere it should not have?

I don't know how to tell what's wrong with it to report anything in particular. I tried putting it on the charge port, also, but it did not light up, only started getting really warm-- so I've taken it off the port and back into the rice. I also don't know if I'm still under warranty, or if it could even be replaced if it is water damage as I feel that'd somehow be my fault.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
