Versa's amount of steps doesn't match the app's

Hi, I have had my versa for just over a year and never had this issue. I have reached 10,000+ steps the past three days on my watch count but on the app says I have only reached between 4000-6000 each day. I try to refresh and sync and it will stop half way (even the charge wont update on the app). Last night it said I had 13,500 steps and I woke up and it now says 4,000. Wondering why this is happening and how I can fix it!

Hi @maddy10, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't sync the full amount of steps and battery level to your Fitbit app.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, monitor your watch watch for the next 24 hours and see if it syncs the correct amount of steps and battery level.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
