I have had my Fitbit Versa since 6/2018. The back button has not worked in at least 6 months. I can no longer use the apps because I have no way to back out of them. Is there any way I can fix this without getting a new one?

@Denise_W, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry o hear that your Versa's back button stopped working.
I'm afraid that we don't have a repair center. However, I'd like you to try cleaning around the button with a toothpick in order to remove any dust that may be affecting the functionality of the button. After this, pess the button for 15 seconds and see if it works properly.
Thank you for your help @SunsetRunner.
I'll be around if any question arises.

So a toothpick would not fit in there to clean it. Is it possible to get a replacement as this is a defect and a lot of people have had the same issues and received a new one.....
