Versa's battery draining fast

When I first got my Versa, charging it for an hour or so every other morning and a longer charge on the weekend was enough to keep it well charged.  Recently however, it doesn't seem to keep the charge.  I charged it overnight Monday night (ie fully charged Tuesday morning), Wednesday morning I charged it for an hour.  It's now Thursday and I'm getting warning to charge my versa.

I've looked through other threads and I've rebooted the watch, I do have it turn on when I move my hand, but I need that when I exercise and want to see the heart rate.  I don't have music on it. I don't have special non-fitbit faces.  I do have continuous sync on, but it's always been that way.

Suggestions?

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times in a row and see if that solves the problem. When not, call Customer Support and ask for a battery test. Maybe there is something wrong with your battery, kuzibri

I tried your suggestion and have contacted support.  I'm now doing their battery test and we'll see in a couple of days.

Thanks.

I looked at those suggestions and was already doing virtually all of them.

The watch had been working well when I first got it in May and is now not holding a charge as long.  As mentioned previously, I've contacted support and am now doing the battery test.

This is happening to me also since last week, I have been thru all the steps so far and even reset to factory settings and charge is not holding for a overnight any longer.

I got my Versa just last April.

Both of the two first answers were helpful.  After trying the steps suggested I contacted support, did the battery test and I am getting a new watch under warranty.  Thanks everyone.

I had the same problem, and after reading others suggestions, I contacted customer support. They told me to charge the watch up to 100% then keep refreshing it so they could see what was causing the battery to drain like that. When called back the next day, they told me it was in fact a problem with my battery, but my watch was out of warranty so there was nothing that could be done. I've had the watch for 15months (June 2018)!

Sad that it's a manufacturer defect and now I have to lose such a good product after having it for less than two years. With the new Versa 2 coming out, it seems they want everyone to buy the new version so there are all these new glitches. I guess i'll be switching to an iWatch now...
