Versa's battery draining fast

My Versa is more or less 18 months old, and now suddenly it began to drain my battery. Normally I recharged twice a week, and this week it needs to be charged every night. I did not make any modifications to my settings. Did I have to change the battery or did you have any other solution?  I´m with a Samsung 9+ with Android 9.

I'd like you to check out this help article, which provides helpful tips in order to improve the battery life of your Versa. After trying those tips, please monitor the battery behavior during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thank you very much for your answer, but the problem is worsening now.
The display is changing its color, like a dismay and the battery is drainig
faster ( half day now ) I fully charged it in the morning, and now (14:18
PM ) I have only 19%. So what can I do?
I tried to sent you a video, but if was too large to go.

@Osampaio thank you for getting back and trying the tips shared above. I'm afraid that the video couldn't be posted.

 

I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful. Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, check out if the battery lasts longer.

Good morning. Yes JuanJo, I changed the watch face , and immediately it
starts to work perfectly well.

I was using DUAL ( which worked very well for a long time for me, and has
features very interesting, that your team might use also in STATS, that is
similar. The features are the possibility to change the information shown,
and a second-time zone )
