Versa's battery draining fast

All,

 

I bough my fitbit in dec 2018. 

 

I have a huge battery drain I can't explain. 

 

First, I never can charge to 100%, always tops at 99%

 

In the first hour, I loose 20%

In the second hour, I loose an additional 10% (for a total of 30%)

In the first 20 hours, I loose an additional 20% (for a total of 50%)

 

Then the fitbit will die the next day.

 

Does anybody would know the cause of why the battery drain would be so un linear? I'd expect a battery to drain the same amount over time....

@Lyandrah welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the battery is draining fast.

 

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Versa's behavior and see if the battery lasts longer.
